Dinto Solar’s low-cost copper metallization equipment and process development project for HJT mass production has received municipal research funding from the Nanchang Science and Technology Bureau.

The cooperation will promote the deployment of Dinto Solar’s G12-132 730 Wp+ HJT modules, with a planned scale of 100 MW, marking the transition from market entry to commercial deployment.
Dinto Solar Expands HJT Applications in Egypt with 20 MW Distribution Agreement
Dinto Solar has signed a 20 MW HJT module distribution agreement with an Egyptian customer, supplying high-efficiency G12-132 740 W HJT modules.
The modules will be deployed in desert solar water pumping systems and distributed energy projects, demonstrating the suitability of HJT technology for hot and arid environments.

First U.S. HJT Cell Manufacturing Facility Begins Production
According to PV Tech, Canadian Solar’s subsidiary CS PowerTech has started production at its 2.1 GW HJT cell manufacturing facility in Indiana, becoming the first HJT cell manufacturing project in the United States to reach commercial-scale production.
The facility is part of a planned 6 GW HJT cell manufacturing capacity and will supply Canadian Solar’s U.S. manufacturing network, highlighting the growing global investment in HJT technology.
