Dinto Solar Co., Ltd. (Dinto Solar) is a China National-Level High-Tech Enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization of ultra-high-efficiency n-type heterojunction (HJT) solar cells and modules. Established in 2017 by the Central Research Institute of State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC)—the world’s largest photovoltaic, renewable, and clean energy company—Dinto Solar is dedicated to accelerating the industrialization of HJT technology and driving innovation across the global solar industry.

Utility-Scale PV
Utility-scale solar plants are turning deserts, plains, and mountains into highly efficient "green energy factories." Dinto Solar’s HJT modules stand out with an exceptional temperature coefficient of -0.24%/°C and excellent low-light performance, ensuring high energy yield even in challenging conditions. Their ultra-high-power output helps cut down on BOS costs and lowers LCOE, boosting IRR of the solar projects. With some of the lowest costs per kWh in the industry, our modules are crucial in driving the energy transition and supporting large-scale ecological restoration in desert and barren land projects.

Vertical PV
Dinto Solar’s HJT modules, with bifaciality up to 95%, offer substantial rear-side energy gains. Vertical modules feature a unique dual-peak generation curve that aligns perfectly with peak-valley electricity pricing, boosting plant revenues and easing grid load during peak hours. In markets with high morning/evening tariffs and even negative midday pricing, vertical PV solutions maximize profitability for customers.
Beyond performance, our vertical modules optimize land use and seamlessly integrate with agriculture, buildings, and transportation. They also mitigate issues such as snow and dust accumulation, reducing O&M costs and further enhancing long-term value.
